By joining the Flex House Program and accepting the discount, you agree to comply with the program’s terms, which include flexibility in scheduling, technician assignments, and providing feedback. Failure to meet these terms may result in the loss of your discount or reinstatement of standard pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know About Our Flex House Program
While we’ll work with you to choose an ideal appointment day and time, FLEX Program members must remain flexible and understand that cleanings may be rescheduled on short notice. If the date and time that work best for our route no longer work for you, we can usually accommodate your request outside of the FLEX Program at our regular service rate.
Participation in our Flex Program is valid for 6 months, after which we may choose to either extend or suspend your Flex client status based on availability.
We only accept weekly or bi-weekly schedules for our 40% Off FLEX Program, as this helps us provide consistent work for our cleaning technicians.
However, we do offer a 15% Off FLEX Program for clients on an every 4 weeks schedule. Please note: if an every-4-weeks appointment is rescheduled or canceled and the gap between visits extends beyond 5 weeks, that visit will be charged at full price or may incur an additional fee.
We do not offer any FLEX Program discount for occasional or one-time cleanings.
Yes, of course. You can opt-out at any time with no hard feelings on our part. However, you may not be able to re-enroll should you change your mind in the future.
No. Your enrollment in the Flex Program comes with the condition that you will not leave us a negative review. Instead, please give us feedback and the opportunity to make things right with our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures we’ll make it right with a re-clean. Our work is always guaranteed. Leaving a negative review or content about our company may be considered a breach of this program’s terms, and we reserve the right to invoice you for the discounted amount received during your participation in the program.
This program is available by invitation only. However, feel free to submit a candidate so we can invite them if we have openings. Flex Program pricing should remain confidential.
No problem! We will do our best to move you to a day that works for you, in the worst-case scenario, we skip your cleaning for that time.
Please provide 72 hours notice for any cancellation or date change requests. If we make a change to your schedule within 72 hours of your regular cleaning day and you need to cancel, no cancellation fee will be applied. However, if we make the change with more than 72 hours’ notice, please try to inform us of any changes on your side within that same 72-hour window. Excessive cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee and removal from the Flex Program.
