What We Offer:

Weekly Pay ( Direct Deposit ).

We paid Time Off and Vacation Time (up to 10 days a year).

Work - Day is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - No nights or weekends required.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Excellent communication skills with both team members and management.
-
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for travel to job sites within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and twisting while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures.

Must pass a background check.

Willingness to work at various locations in and around Colorado Springs.
Requirements:

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance.

Access to a cell phone.
-
Proficiency in English.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning services, including maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning, according to client needs.

Use company-provided guidelines, procedures, and cleaning products to care for clients' properties and equipment safely.

Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Engage in ongoing training to enhance cleaning techniques, skills, and industry knowledge.
