Position: House Cleaning Technician (W2 Employee)

First Week Paid Training: $17 per hour

Pay: Full-time employees are paid based on performance (after training),

earning between $700 - $850+ weekly, plus tips.

What We Offer:

  • Weekly Pay ( Direct Deposit ).

  • We paid Time Off and Vacation Time (up to 10 days a year).

  • Work - Day is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - No nights or weekends required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

  • Excellent communication skills with both team members and management.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for travel to job sites within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and twisting while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures.

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Willingness to work at various locations in and around Colorado Springs.

Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance.

  • Access to a cell phone.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning services, including maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning, according to client needs.

  • Use company-provided guidelines, procedures, and cleaning products to care for clients' properties and equipment safely.

  • Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance cleaning techniques, skills, and industry knowledge.
